You ever see guy in the gym that is all chest and arms.. ..and no back?  I can lie, I used to be that guy.  That was until I wrestled a match and saw pictures of my slamming a guy who was at least 40 bigger than me.  Slamming him was easy, but my back looked pathetic.  I developed a back workout that nearly saw my back overpower my front.

No workout is good unless you know how to perform it.  A lot of guys work back the wrong way.  Here are five common mistakes most people make when working their backs.
